Hi. My name is Anthony Greer
I am an Event Photographer with a passion for capturing moments that tell stories. My journey into photography began in senior high school when I took a photography class in 10th grade. Little did I know that this class would ignite my love for the art form.
During that class, I was assigned to photograph vandalism around the school. I embraced the project wholeheartedly, from capturing the shots to developing the final prints. To my surprise, my work caught the attention of the photography teacher, who invited me to take the class for all three years—an honor I proudly accepted as the first student to do so.
Life led me to start a family, and I needed extra income. Armed with only a 35mm film camera and a flash, I ventured to a local park and began shooting baby photos. Word spread, and soon I became a popular choice for capturing precious moments.
In 2002, the photography world shifted to digital, and I faced a new learning curve. Photoshop and raw files were foreign concepts to me, but I dedicated myself to learning them. The transition was challenging, but it opened up exciting possibilities.
In 2007, I took a leap of faith and quit my job to pursue event photography full-time. While I was confident in my work, securing events initially proved less daunting than expected. Over the years, I’ve honed my skills, built lasting relationships, and delivered exceptional products and customer service.
Now, I find myself in Georgia, re-rooting and drawing upon the wealth of experience I’ve gained. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, or special celebration, I’m committed to capturing moments that matter.
